About the Black Leadership Job Board
The Black Leadership Job Board is a collaborative effort between the Black Leadership Group and Morgan Hunt, focused on promoting inclusive and anti-racist recruitment. This platform connects employers with a diverse pool of qualified Black* professionals across the UK, enhancing awareness of leadership opportunities and supporting Black leaders in their career progression.
The mission is to ensure ethnically diverse individuals who share a lived experience of racism have access to leadership roles and to assist employers in reaching talented Black* professionals.
